He has a vast knowledge of a variety of cuisines, styles, and techniques he would love to use to personalize a menu for you. In over a decade of cooking, he has gained extensive experience in everything from fine dining to recipe development. Classically trained in French cuisine trained at International Culinary Center formerly known as French Culinary Institute. His travels around the US and Europe have inspired his cooking. Jessie’s dishes elevate everything from vacations to a Monday evening at home. Always thoughtfully organized and well-executed, Jessie’s menus are flexible and can accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Let me take the stress off your hands.
